SIMULATOR
SLEC provides all the simulators needed to practice each and every training method. This stage is necessary in bridging theory to practice as well as increasing safety awareness to the employees in all aspects.
ON THE JOB TRAINING
Through mentoring and coaching, we monitor the capability of every individual, verifying skill, and ensuring a smooth workflow. Initiating leadership is also developed as experienced employees and trainers escort trainees execute their job and provide feedback to them as they go.
